Update!

Well, it's been a while since I did my last post. So here's what's been up:

I bought Kylie Minogue's X album, I think the last week of october...

Then... I WENT TO KYLIE'S TOUR!! On November 4th :D It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! She totally rocked! and since then, I've been so hooked with her (specially with Speakerphone)

A week later, I was walking in a mall and I saw the Special Mexican Edition of Kylie's X, which had 6 bonus tracks! (3 unreleased songs and 3 remixes), so what the hell, I bought it xD

Well, let's see, oh and I bought J.Lo's Brave album, a week ago I think. Ah, and that day I saw Kylie's Body Language but I didn't buy it because I was thinking in buying the US Edition from Amazon. But then, I realize that I hadn't much money available in the card for online shopping, so today I went to the store again and decided to buy it! It was cheap, though.

That's it! So see ya later!

Schiller - Sehnsucht (SUPER DELUXE EDITION)

Well, after thinking about the price, I had some funds in PayPal and decided to get, for a reasonable low price, the latest Schiller album called Sehnsucht, which is amazing!!!

And I wanted the 2 CD + DVD Edition, also called "Super Deluxe Edition" because it was printed in limited quantities, and it costs like 100$. I got it for 60$ (including shipping, PO Box and all!).

I got it 2 weeks later, so here it is:

2. Evanescence - Anywhere but Home (with a Bonus CD):

And yeah, it was an impulsive buy!

Girls Aloud - SOTU

What's up? Finally, yesterday I got a new cd that I bought months ago on eBay, and it's the first edition of the debut album of Girls Aloud "Sound of the Underground"!

The CD has this software that you install, then you record your singing (acapella) and send it to "I don't know where" and you might be a member of the GA, hahahahaha. I think it won't work anymore :P

Anyway, the CD is amazing, and I bought the 1st edition 'cause it has this song I love that doesn't features in the 2nd edition: "Don't Want You Back".

We're so thrilled, thank you very much!

P.D.: ¿Did ya see Madonna's Hard Candy Promo Tour (MSN Broadcast)? It was so frikin' awesome.

Mild Candy

UPDATE:
Yesterday I listened to it again (full) and the last 2 tracks + the bonus track "Ring my bell" ARE AMAZING! Sounds like American life or Confessions on a dance floor left off's (In fact, "Devil wouldn't recognize you" was made in 2004 before the Re-Invention Tour). AMAZING! The 9th and 10th are still weird :s
--------------------------
Heya! Just a quick post, I got the full album of Madonna's "Hard Candy" and the rest of the tracks (not the ones that leaked first) is good but not AS GOOD as the first seven... they're weird.

Btw, I'm so hooked with "Give It 2 Me" now! I SIMPLY LOVE IT! So great to know that it's gonna be the 2nd single (rumors says that Madonna is already working on the video!)

Oh and I'm posting THE REAL BACK COVER!

Madonna's HARD CANDY: Nothing like 4 minutes... WAY BETTER!

Wassup! Well, right now I'm listening to the 7 tracks that have leaked onto the internet today, and I have to say I'M IMPRESSED! the songs are sooooooooo excellent! Way better than 4 minutes (even though I like it).

The songs are:
1. Candy Shop
3. Give It 2 Me
4. Heart Beat
5. Miles Away
6. She's Not Me
7. Incredible
8. Beat Goes On (Very different from the Demo version leaked earlier)

Sounds weird since my first impression with "4 Minutes" was totally the opposite, but wow, MADONNA SURE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE AMAZING ALBUMS!
And by the way, it's not PURE hip-hop like most would think based on "4 minutes" song.

Like Perez Hilton says:
"And, we must say: we're relieved!
The songs aren't straight up hip hop, as we were concerned, especially by the choice of 4 Minutes as the single.
The new material still stays true to Madonna's core as a pop/dance artist.
Oh, and by the way, the Pharrell songs blow Timbaland's out of the water!"

P.D.: I won't post the download link, because I want you to buy the album :)

Absolutely No Regrets... 4 Minutes!

Ok Ok, I know that some time not far ago I wrote a post bashing the new Madonna's song and how I hated it. Well, I have to admit that now... I kinda like the song, in fact, it's very catchy and enjoyable :S Yeah yeah I know "how could you", "traitor" (some friends that still hates the song).

That's why I deleted my previous post about it. Sorry guys but it's MADONNA! I simply CAN'T hate what she does... obviously this song is not "Hung Up" or "Secret" but still I Like it now.

Enjoy the single & album cover below (which IMHO, the graphic design sucks...):

According to "Lalate News": "Insiders say that Madge, 49, cracks a whip and uses Justin Timberlake and producer Timbaland as her slaves! Madonna makes the guys beg for her and there’s a lot of sweat involved."

Plus some screen caps of her new video with Justin (thanks to DrownedMadonna.com):
click on the pic to see a larger version ;)
But the new music video looks like it's gonna be... HOT!!!

P!nk - I'm Not Dead Tour

Back to the original purpose of my blog... Yesterday I went to a record store and I saw a Pink DVD called "Live At Wembley", it's her I'm Not Dead Tour from 2007. It was the LAST dvd in the store (plus it was VERY CHEAP!) and I had to have it.

In the evening I watched it, and it's VERY GREAT! Pink rules... the thing is that she just sang only a verse of "God is a DJ" (where she uses a sample of Missy Elliott's "Pass that Dutch") and the intro of "Stupid Girls" she mixed it with "Most Girls" and I thought she would sing it :(

Oh and the "Fingers" performance was INCREDIBLE, I thought she was about to fall hahaha!

Anyways, if you have the chance to see it, DO!

My 2nd Video Remix!

As you may have noticed (above), I removed the Goldfrapp's new album promo and instead put a video along with a poll of my new creation: "Ooh La La (Benni Benassi Remix)".

This project is being in production, and I have made only 45 seconds of it and I give you the chance to see it and tell me if you like it or not (or if it can be improved in any way).

Feel free and PLEASE VOTE! It's important for me to know :)

If you have any comments and/or suggestions, just post a comment in this post.

"Die Alive" Single

I think you're sick to read lately only posts of Tarja, haha, but that's what is new in my music world (besides Goldfrapp's new album).

Checking on Amazon, the cover of Tarja's new single, "Die Alive", has been revealed! The single is scheduled to be out tomorrow March 7th.

Here's the track list:

1. Die Alive (Album Version)
2. Die Alive (Alternative Version)
3. Lost Northern Star (Ambience Sublow Mix)
4. Calling Grace (Full Version)
5. Die Alive (Video) <-- so we get the video in a crappy enhanced format, why not in the U.S. Bonus DVD?

Wrong "My Winter Storm" Info

Hello, in my previous post I said that the U.S. version of the Tarja's "My Winter Storm" album, had "The Seer" and other tracks. But now, I checked Amazon.com and the Official Myspace of Tarja and HERE it's the real thing of what this North American edition has:

The full album (the regular 18 songs until "Calling Grace") plus these U.S. bonuses:

19. I Walk Alone [Artist Version][*]
20. You Would Have Loved This [Live][*]
21. Damned and Divine [Live][*]

The DVD remains the same as the European Deluxe Edition (No "Die Alive" video in it)

And this prooves it (Tarja's message from MySpace):

Tarja's debut has finally reached American shores and it is worth the wait. Both the regular and deluxe US versions of the record contains two bonus tracks not available anywhere else - "You Would Have Loved This (Live)" and "Damned And Divine (Live)". The deluxe version contains a DVD with the videos for "I Walk Alone", the making of My Winter Storm and more. Check out the links to US stores below for great prices on the record.

Oh, and this edition doesn't have the alternate version of "Gothic and Divine" called "Damned Vampires and Gothic Divine" nor the In Extremo remix of "I Walk Alone". Well, what the hell, I think I'm buying the USA one.

Here's the pictures of this edition (click on them for a larger view)

Just released!

After spending some relaxing time at the "J.Pa's Polynesian Resort", I'm back to ma' house... And what a surprise, I got my package which had the Britney's Onyx Hotel Tour on DVD, and guess what? FINALLY I GOT THE VERSION I WANTED! --> It's from HDTV Source, meaning: It's totally widescreen, with enhanced colors and remastered audio! I was dying of excitement :D

Ok, let's stop talking about me. Today (Feb. 26th) 2 albums of my favorite artists has just been released!

1. Tarja - My Winter Storm (U.S. Edition with Bonus DVD)
Well, of what I could read in HMV's website, the only difference between this new U.S. Edition and the international edition (released back in november), is that it includes the bonus track: "The Seer" (previously released only in U.K. edition). And it doesn't even has her new video "Die Alive" :( Whyyyyy!!!! Well, let's see how accurate is this information.

2. Goldfrapp - Seventh Tree
The long awaited album of Goldfrapp's fans finally has been released! "Seventh Tree" is their 4th studio album, and they drastically changed her music style [no more electro/glam/pop like Black Cherry or Supernature], but I heard the demo version that leaked in december and I love it, it's like the Felt Mountain album with modern beats.
Can't wait to get the Special Box Edition :D

Stay tuned for more updates :) meanwhile I'm looking forward to see my favorite Britney tour in widescreen and remastered audio :D

Schiller's Video from the new album!

Well, finally yesterday I heard the new Schiller's album and I simply LOVE IT! I fell in love with the song "Everything (feat. Helen Boulding)" and then I found the videos from the Bonus DVD in some rare russian website.

The lead single from "Sehnsucht" is... the song that I mentioned before, and there's an official video which I uploaded a couple of minutes ago. Take a look, it's breathtaking!

New Girls Aloud video!

I know it was released some days ago, but I forgot to put it here ;)

The new video of the BEST girl band (a.k.a. "Girls Aloud") is called: "Can't Speak French" taken from their new album "Tangled Up".

Schiller's New Album

Well, Yesterday (February 22nd) (finally!) was released the new Schiller's album called "Sehnsucht" (means: Long Search) and it contains 2 Cd's plus a DVD as part of this Deluxe Edition release!

I haven't heard it yet but I'm sure it's amazing as always with the greatest featured artists (Tarja & Sarah Brightman also have collaborated with him before).

Here's the picture and the tracklist:

P.D: "mit" means "featuring"

CD 1:
1. Willkommen
2. Herzschlag
3. Denn wer liebt (mit Anna Maria Muehe)
4. Sehnsucht (mit Xavier Naidoo)

Sarah Brightman's "Symphony"

I got the new Mrs. Brightman's album called "Symphony" (digitally of course, it hasn't been released here yet), and I simply love it!

I made a sample mix of all the songs that are in it, so you can listen and if you like... BUY IT!!! (enjoy!)

Oh, here is the track list (the one in bold are my favorites):

01. Gothica
02. Fleurs Du Mal
03. Symphony
04. Canto Della Terra (feat. Andrea Bocelli)
05. Sanvean
06. I Will Be With You (Where The Lost Ones Go) (feat. Paul Stanley)
07. Schwere Träume
08. Sarai Qui (feat. Alessandro Safina)
09. Storia d'Amore
10. Let It Rain
11. Attesa
12. Pasión (feat. Fernando Lima)
13. Running

Hidden track: "Gothica/Fleurs Du Mal" (Orchestral Version)

Note: The song "I Will Be With You" is with different singer, the movie version is with Chris Thompson (the guy that sang in "How Can Heaven Love Me"), which in my opinion is WAY better than this one...

Tarja's New Video!!!: "Die Alive"

I knew that Tarja's new video would be out soon, but didn't know it was TODAY! Today is the video premiere of it, I so love it... dark, modern enigmatic...

The wait was totally worth it! Check it out:

Promo Video of Sarah's NEW Album!

So I was browsing through Amazon websites and suddenly... in the page of Sarah Brightman's new album "Symphony" (scheduled to be released on January 29th), I was a Related video to it...

It's a promo video of Sarah's new songs from the album and features her singing in the set of her ¿photo shoot? of the CD! All Gothic and beautiful! When I saw it, I got chills! Can't wait for the album!!!

Here it is... enjoy!

A New Madonna's Unreleased song!

Wooow! Just a few minutes ago, a friend of mine told me that a new Madonna's song leaked in the internet, and she sent it to me...

The song is called "Keep the Trance", it's an Unreleased song from her "Confessions On A Dance Floor" sessions! It's very cool, I like it, very disco-ish...

According to Wikipedia:
"Keep The Trance: A demo of this track co-written by Madonna and Mirwais, and recorded during the album sessions was leaked in January 2008. The version leaked is a short edit of the track. The song was eventually reworked into the Live Earth charity release "Hey You", which has very similar lyrics."

Listen to it!

Goldfrapp's NEW VIDEO!

As I said before, I'll be also posting some major news about my favorite artists, so this is the first:

The NEW Goldfrapp's video is out and it's simply amazing! It's the first single from their forthcoming album "Seventh Tree", called "A&E".

You can see/hear that they changed drastically their musical style since their last 2 albums which were Electro-Glam Pop, but I still like it!

Hope you enjoy it :D

Musical Break

Well, I've finished posting my CD collection that I have so far. Too many aren't they? But from now on, I will post the new Music Items that I'll get (online shopping or local record store), as well as the major news of music updates and releases of my favorite artists!

So stay tuned for more news of my music collection,
and see how it's growing!
-Enjoy the silence... or should I say, the music?-

Soundtrack

Usually, I don't buy Soundtrack CD's unless the movie is one of my favorites ever! There's 3 CD's that I want to buy but I wasn't able to get them yet, but soon I will!

The Lion King (1994)

My first and only soundtrack CD. I remember when the movie was released in theaters, I wanted to watch it madly, and I loved it (also cried hehe). Then I got this album, it's very cool.

P.D.: The Soundtracks that I want to buy are: "The Hours" (normal and the piano version), "Moulin Rouge" (the 2 disc set) and "Da Vinci Code" (Hans Zimmer is one of the most brilliant composers ever!)

1 Album Artists

This one is about those singers that doubtly I think I'll get more than one album of them. Not that I don't like them, in fact, there's many artists here that I like very much, but I'm not that fan to get their other CD's, or simply because I like some songs from THIS album and not the others.
Also, there are those albums that doesn't have more than 1 release.

Rachel Stevens - Come and Get It (2005)

UK release only of this AMAZING album of the former member of "S Club 7". Too bad this album wasn't released worldwide, it's so good! Lots of dance and catchy songs. I got used to the Original advance album track list, and the official release has ALL the songs mixed in different order...

Delerium - The Best Of (2004)

European famous Dark-Electronic Band! I got to know them through a song that a friend of mine sent to me. I got their best of album (I always do that when I discover new artists) and couldn't get their songs out of my head, all of them are so brilliant! I downloaded their discography and their first albums are kinda more dark and slower than the latest ones, but still, amazing!

Shakira - En Vivo y en Privado (2004)

CD+DVD set packaged in a regular CD case, this is the Spanish Edition. The DVD has the full "Tour of the Mongoose" concert filmed in Holland and the CD has some excerpts of the concert. Also, the DVD contains a lot of Bonus features like her documentary during the tour, her ONU activities, etc. When I bought this album, they gave me for free her "Laundry Service" (Spanish version) album, but I sold it later because I needed money.

Beth Orton - Pass In Time: The Definitive Collection (2003)

This is the Limited 2-CD Edition, which contains remixes and alternate versions in the Bonus CD. She's a Folk-Electronica singer, she has many awesome songs mixing her chilled voice with a slow electronica beat. Really good if you want just to sit and relax. She also featured in the soundtrack of the Madonna's movie "The Next Best Thing".

Björk - Greatest Hits (2002)

This wacky singer really RULES! I like her music very much but I'm no fan because I only like her singles, not the whole albums. Too bad that this compilation doesn't include my favorite song of her, "Violently Happy". Ah, the packaging is VERY weird, it's soooo slim :S There's also an alternate cover version in Pink.

Kylie Minogue - Fever (2002)

Who hasn't heard of Kylie? If you haven't, you must be living under a rock! This is the regular 12 Track edition but with an alternate cover.

Singles & Various:
Alenka Gotar - Cvet Z Juga (2007)

Single of the Slovenian singer that participated in the European show "Eurovision (2007)". I've never been a fan of this show, until I heard Alenka's performance when I was in my best friend's house. Her song is so powerful and dramatic, she mixes the Pop with Opera like Sarah Brightman but her voice and style is So Tarja! Alenka should've won :( I'm still waiting for her solo album.

Mariah Carey - It's Like That (2005)

Her first single from her album "The Emancipation of Mimi". I'm not fan of Mariah, although I like several songs of her. She has a very beautiful voice but she's too Diva :S Bought this single in Orlando back in 2005 also.

I Love Celtic Moods (2006)

This Argentinian album covers the most famous Pop songs in Medieval/Celtic music, played by Paul Brooks. It contains a lot of flouts. Ah, it's an instrumental album!

I Love France (2006)

From the same company of the album above. Gave this CD to my mom as her birthday present. She loves Old French Music, so I knew this one was made for her. I also liked it, so I kept it with me :P
